Return Conditions

Item Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or accessories like earrings (if applicable) cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Process
